Op andere forums ook nog geen gedacht


Een van de zeldzame aandelen aan de Parijse beurs die niet zijn hersteld van de Covid-crash, gedeeld door 5 (ruwweg verhoogd van € 10 naar € 2) sinds 24 februari 2020 ... zelfs Air France doet het beter ( gedeeld door 2) en toch zijn ze een hoge schuldenlast aangegaan.

Heeft de markt zojuist rekening gehouden met de waarde van obligaties?
Er is een aankoopadvies in de pers verschenen?

Of insiders die op de hoogte zijn van de
voortgang van het plan ... Toch geen nieuws om door te geven

in ieder geval geen nieuws op euronext

Hoog volume, koers zit natuurlijk met het nadeel van die marges.

Idd geen enkel nieuws zo te zien.
De koers van zo een micro-cap kan al eens bokkensprongen maken,
een omzet van 60.000€ gisteren is wel groot voor dit aandeel maar nog altijd peanuts nietwaar...

supervisory body: ze hebben het in hun mededelingen regelmatig over 'supervisory body' zonder er een concrete naam op te plakken

De AGM moet jaarrekening goedkeuren, maar een echte jaarrekening ontbreekt, enkel een excel overzichtje
Ook het verslag van de revisor ontbreekt.
Vreemd.

Verder niks over licentie, lijkt nog steeds niet aangevraagd?

Terug een opinie 'met voorbehoud'.

Voor licentie was een vereiste 2 geauditeerde jaarrekeningen schreven ze.
Zie ze toch niet direct met 2 jaarrekeningen 'met voorbehoud' naar de nationale bank trekken...

Die converteerbare obligaties waarvan de conversie maar niet in orde raakt, en dit al jaren, is toch ook wel bizar.

Bizar lijkt me de juiste omschrijving voor dit bedrijf ….

Photonike Capital SA announces that the Liechtenstein Financial Markets Supervisory Board (FMA) has definitively authorized the capital increase for the life insurance company Nucleus Life AG through the parent company Nucleus Holding II Scs, of which Photonike Capital Sa has become a shareholder of reference with 24% of the share capital.
The FMA ratified and accepted the capital increase of the company by special bonds issued in private placement by Photonike Capital SA with maturity 2030, for a value of 10 million euros. The activities of Nucleus Holding II Scs are based on the two Life Insurance Companies, Nucleus Life AG and Tricap Assurance Sa.
The operation is a further confirmation of the steps established in the 2021-2025 Business & Development Plan. The investment will be consolidated in the Financial Statement 2021.

According to a Fair Market Value (IFRS13) the Own Funds FS2020 is increased to 116.862.805,22 Euro, enough to the further step for the filing of a request as Reinsurance License, that will processed in the next week.

It is confirmed at the date of the FS2020 a Nominal Value of 4,27 Euro per share, and a Book Value (See Rapport de Gestion 2020) of 6,83 Euro per share.

Ventriglia kocht zijn aandelen voor 6.6 euro per aandeel van IIC (waarom hij ze dan niet op de markt kocht???)

De procedure met de Nationale bank (an assessment of 69 Questions very in deep on technical and economical aspects) werd in juli begonnen en ze verwachten die eind september af te ronden. Daarna is het aan de BNB om een beslissing te nemen.

Ze hebben ingezien dat de beursnotering in Duitsland geen succes is en zijn de opties daar aan het bekijken.

Verder zijn ze hard aan het werken om een team uit te bouwen gespecialiseerd in herverzekeringen.

By the end of the year the Solvency II prospects and the modification of statute necessary by law will be filed.

Wilt gewoon zeggen dat ze een aanvraag hebben ingediend en een dossierbeheerder bij de NBB kregen toegewezen. De echte behandeling door de NBB is nu pas gestart.

Prima nieuws toch, ze doen wat ze beloofd hebben.
Voor eind dit jaar zouden ze zelfs al het 2de deel indienen.

Had deze mail van hen ontvangen:
